Night to Shine is a Tim Tebow Foundation-sponsored celebration honoring people with special needs through an unforgettable prom experience. We're proud to bring this transformative event to the upper Ohio Valley community.
Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night celebration centered on God's love for people with special needs ages 14 and older. Hosted by local churches worldwide on the Friday before Valentine's Day, each honored guest experiences a magical evening complete with red carpet arrivals, paparazzi, hair and makeup stations, limousine rides, karaoke, a catered dinner, dancing, and a crowning ceremony where every guest is celebrated as a King or Queen—the way God sees them every single day.
It's more than an event; it's a powerful reminder of worth, dignity, and unconditional love.
Night to Shine has grown from a single event into a global movement of the Holy Spirit, transforming how churches and communities celebrate and advocate for people with disabilities. The event creates lasting connections beyond one magical night, with many host churches integrating disability ministry into their ongoing community outreach.
Through worship, celebration, and genuine relationship, Night to Shine demonstrates that every person has immeasurable value and deserves to be honored. It's a beautiful expression of Christ's love in action, bringing together churches, families, volunteers, and honored guests to give glory to God.
Whether you want to attend as an honored guest, serve as a volunteer buddy, or support the event, Night to Shine welcomes everyone to participate in this worldwide celebration. Guests register through their local host church to receive all event details and prepare for an unforgettable night. Volunteers serve in roles from red carpet paparazzi to dance floor encouragers, helping create an atmosphere of joy and celebration.
Each Night to Shine event is uniquely planned by its host church with support from the Tim Tebow Foundation, bringing communities together to honor and celebrate people with disabilities.
