Heather is the 2026 Miss Wheelchair West Virginia and a living testament to God's redemptive power. After a tragic automobile accident in 1999 left her a quadriplegic, Heather was given 24 hours to live. Today, she stands as a "living miracle" and brings that powerful testimony to Making Heaven Full Foundation's mission.
